All space on the truck is sold in cubic feet (length × width × height). We only accept cu ft in WHOLE numbers. Ex: If an item comes out to 5.03 cu ft, you must round up to the next whole number. In this case, the item would be 6 cu ft. By rounding up, you are helping us to ensure the truck does not become overloaded.
The current rate is $12.5/ft³.
Pricing is for the round trip of your belongings (from Texas to the playa, and playa to Texas). If you are only looking for one-way transportation, the price remains the same.
First you will submit your Interest Form, which is only an estimate of how much space you will use. You can edit this at any time. When we open Registration on this site, the same space you reserved in your Interest Form will be carried over into your Registration where you will be able to make final changes before payment. After submitting the Registration Form, you will receive an email with a link to pay within 48 hours. Your registration is not confirmed until you pay and you may lose your reserved space on the truck since the truck is first come first served.
We cannot accommodate refunds or last-minute changes. If you need extra space after paying, email admin@txbmcommunitytruck.com. There are no guarantees additional space will be available, but we will try our best.
